ERICH KUERSTEN

"Vertigo, Explained"

Digital Collage
2007

It's a pipeline circle-of-life in which we are both fed on and supported by extra-dimensional intelligences. The girl in the upper left is an earthly fairy spirit who is being ground up along with the rain forest to feed cows which feed the unborn fetus, which symbolizes humanity which in turn surrenders its soul via media hypnosis (represented by Kim Novak's profile [from VERTIGO] inside the red circle) to the gray alien hiding behind the circles of infinity (represented by Liz Taylor's bedpost) and the mammary gland-like tentacles with which he collects and disperses energy.
